1. Service description
PromoCanvas is an AI-powered platform for creating promotional visuals, posters, social media creatives, ads and marketing text. The service may include AI text generation, AI form completion, visual generation, background generation, templates, exports and gallery features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
3. Plans, credits and limits
PromoCanvas may offer free and paid plans. Plans may include monthly limits for visuals, AI texts or other generated outputs. Unused limits may not roll over unless explicitly stated in the plan details.
4. User content
You are responsible for text, images, logos, campaign briefs and other content you upload or submit. You must have the necessary rights to use submitted content. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, misleading or violates third-party rights.
5. AI-generated output
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a specific legal, regulatory, advertising or brand requirement. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated texts and visuals before publishing, printing or distributing them.
6. Intellectual property
PromoCanvas and its software, design, templates, interface, branding and technology remain the property of PromoCanvas or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use outputs generated for you for your own marketing and business purposes.
7. Prohibited use
- Do not use PromoCanvas for illegal, deceptive, hateful, abusive or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code or content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not impersonate another person, company or brand without authorization.
8. Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected in PromoCanvas Studio. You can cancel or change your plan according to the options available in the app. Fees already paid may be non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, improved, limited or discontinued over time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoCanvas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or damages caused by reliance on generated output.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, abuse the service or fail to pay applicable fees.
12. Privacy
Use of PromoCanvas is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
