1. Request deletion by email
Send an email to business@promocanvas.app with the subject:
Please include the email address connected to your PromoCanvas account. If you used Facebook Login, include the same email address used with Facebook Login if available.
2. What we delete
- Your PromoCanvas account profile data.
- Login provider identifiers such as Facebook user ID connected to your PromoCanvas account.
- Generated visuals, AI text history and saved project data connected to your account, unless we are legally required to retain specific records.
- Uploaded assets connected to your account, where applicable.
3. What may be retained
Some information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, chargeback handling or dispute resolution purposes. Where possible, retained records will be minimized or anonymized.
4. Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. If we need more information to confirm account ownership, we will contact you by email.
5. Remove PromoCanvas from Facebook
You can also remove PromoCanvas from your Facebook account:
- Open Facebook.
- Go to Settings & Privacy.
- Open Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find PromoCanvas.
- Click Remove.
Removing the app from Facebook stops future Facebook access. To delete data already stored in PromoCanvas, send us the deletion request described above.
6. Confirmation
After deletion is completed, we will send a confirmation email where possible.
