PromoCanvas is an AI-powered platform for creating promotional visuals, posters, social media creatives, ads and marketing copy. The public website is available at promocanvas.app and the application runs at app.promocanvas.app.

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, profile image, user ID and login provider identifier.
Facebook Login data
If you use Facebook Login, we may receive your Facebook user ID, name, email address and profile picture, depending on your Facebook settings and permissions.
Content and usage data
We may process campaign briefs, text prompts, generated copy, generated visuals, selected templates, uploaded assets and usage events needed to provide the service.
Billing and technical data
For paid plans, billing information may be processed through payment providers. We may also collect IP address, browser information, logs, device type and security events.

Generated outputs and project history may remain in your account until you delete them or request deletion.

9. Data deletion requests
You can request deletion of your PromoCanvas account data at any time by emailing business@promocanvas.app with the subject Data Deletion Request. You can also follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
10. Facebook app removal
You may also remove PromoCanvas from your Facebook account by going to Facebook settings, opening Apps and Websites, selecting PromoCanvas and removing access. This removes future access through Facebook Login. To delete data stored by PromoCanvas, please also submit a data deletion request to us.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Children
PromoCanvas is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. International transfers
Because PromoCanvas and its providers may operate internationally, your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We take appropriate steps to protect such data where required.
